Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — rate calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rate calculated at checkout
Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Check at checkout for current promotions.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at unclepooters@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
